At Moro Electronics Hub, we want to ensure you have a seamless shopping experience. Because our products are processed and shipped through our global fulfillment partners, we adhere to clear, strict guidelines regarding returns, refunds, and replacements to keep our logistics efficient. Please read the terms below carefully before placing an order.
1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, you are eligible for a full refund or a free replacement.

To initiate a claim, you must contact us at moroelectronicshub2@gmail.com within 30 days of the item being delivered.

Your email must include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and high-quality photo or video proof of the damage, defect, or incorrect item.

Once our fulfillment team reviews and verifies the evidence, we will immediately process a replacement order or issue a full refund back to your original payment method.
2. Lost Packages & Shipping Issues
We track all shipments closely to ensure they arrive safely. A package is officially deemed lost in transit if:

The tracking details have not updated or shown any movement for more than 20 days for international shipments (or 15 days for domestic US orders).

If your package meets this criteria, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, and we will gladly issue a full refund or send a replacement item at no extra cost to you.

Please Note: We cannot issue refunds or replacements for packages that fail to deliver due to an incorrect, incomplete, or missing shipping address provided by the customer at checkout.
3. Cancellations & Address Modifications
Because our automated system transmits orders instantly to our suppliers for processing and fulfillment, we cannot cancel or modify an order once it has been placed. Please verify your shipping address, contact details, and product variants carefully before completing your purchase.
4. Buyer's Remorse & Change of Mind
To keep our pricing competitive, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer's remorse (e.g., ordering the wrong color, size, changing your mind, or finding the item cheaper elsewhere). All sales are final unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect as outlined in Section 1.
5. Refunds Processing Time
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed automatically back to your original payment method. Please remember it can take 3 to 7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
