Because we work directly with global supply chain and fulfillment partners, our shipping procedures are structured to ensure efficiency and tracking transparency.

1. Order Processing Time

Verification & Transmittal: All orders are subject to a processing period before shipment. Once your payment is authorized, your order is automatically transmitted to our global suppliers within 1 to 3 business days for quality control checks, packaging, and sorting.

Operational Days: Our fulfillment centers process orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will begin processing the following business day.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer tracked shipping options to ensure your package arrives safely.

Estimated Delivery Time: 7 to 14 Business Days
Please note that this delivery window includes our internal supplier processing, transit timeline, and a built-in buffer for international customs clearance to ensure your order arrives within the promised timeframe.
3. Shipment Tracking

Tracking Number Delivery: As soon as your package is handed over to the logistics courier, a shipping confirmation email containing a unique Tracking Number and a tracking link will be automatically sent to the email address you provided at checkout.

Tracking Activation: It can take 2 to 5 business days for the courier system to update and reflect the tracking status online after you receive your link.
4. Shipping Delays & Customs
Because our packages cross international borders, transit times may occasionally be extended due to factors outside of our direct control. Moro Electronics Hub is not legally responsible for delays caused by:

Customs clearance procedures or border inspection holds.

Severe weather conditions or local postal disruptions.

High-volume holiday shipping seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas).
Note: Any customs duties, import taxes, or local clearance fees levied by your destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.
5. Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages

Customer Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address, contact details, and recipient name are entered accurately and completely at checkout.

No Address Modifications: Because our automated pipeline sends your details instantly to the supplier, we cannot modify or change your shipping address once an order is placed.

Failed Deliveries: We cannot issue refunds or free replacements for packages that fail to deliver, are returned to sender, or are abandoned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect the package from a local post office after a delivery attempt.
6. Lost or Missing Packages
A package is officially classified as lost in transit if the tracking status fails to show any movement or updates for more than 20 business days for international orders (or 15 business days for domestic US shipments). If your package hits this criteria, please reach out immediately to our support team at moroelectronicshub2@gmail.com so we can verify the transit status with our supplier and issue a free replacement or a full refund.
